Refund policy.

We want you to be deeply delighted with your online purchase. 

If you are not for some reason, please see below for our policy regarding returns and refunds: 

We accept a return of any full priced item subject to the following conditions:

 

- the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase, we suggest you try your items on immediately upon receiving them to ensure you are able to meet this timeframe

- items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, unscented and with their original tags attached and packaging included.

- if you have received a gift or bonus with purchase during a promotion, the gift/bonus must also be returned otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund

 

Additionally should we identify unreasonable patterns of returns and/or suspect use of garments for personal or professional use or content creation, we reserve the right to refuse further purchases. 

Sale items are non-returnable/ non-refundable. They are a 'final sale' so please choose carefully and connect with us if you have questions about sizing. We are here to help.

 

For International returns.We will not be able to complete the refund if the package does not reach us safely. As such we recommend tracking/tracing all returns for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation from us that your return has been processed.

It is our goal to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to five (5) business days for returns to be processed. An email notification will be sent to you once your refund is finalised.
